  5. You cannot overlook the fact there are different type of smartness, so to speak. Some are book smart, some are street smart. And we all have our blind spots, the key is to be open about it.

    Do you have any thoughts about “introspection can actually compound the error, blinding us to those primal processes responsible for many of our everyday failings.”? I would think the opposite is true.
